- Design strategic roadmaps for clients navigating disruptive technologies (quantum computing, bio-engineering)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on macroeconomic shifts and industry disruptions
- Manage a team of futurist researchers with 15% annual growth targets
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-concept products for pilot programs
- Present findings to executive boards with data-driven visualization storytelling
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AGI, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier
- Experience advising C-suite on 5+ year strategic pivots
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
