Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Strategic Innovation Framework, aligning emerging technologies with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional task forces in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum AI, biotech integration, and decentralized systems
- Produce Horizon Scanning Reports identifying disruptive trends and market opportunities for 2026+ landscapes
- Architect the Innovation Pipeline from ideation to commercialization, securing $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate breakthrough developments
- Present visionary roadmaps to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders, securing buy-in for transformational initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500/tech unicorn experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3.0)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $100M+ market impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent futurism methodology (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Exceptional systems thinking ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-proofing initiatives successfully commercialized
- PhD or advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field
