Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for emerging tech adoption (AI ethics, neurotech, climate solutions)
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' whitepaper for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Design and execute organizational change management for paradigm shifts
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
- Present at global forums (Web Summit, CES, Davos) on 2026 technology implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological convergence
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and foresight methodologies
- Portfolio of 2020s trend analysis or innovation roadmaps
