Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, socioeconomic shifts, and disruptive innovations to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future visions into actionable business strategies
- Produce quarterly predictive reports on emerging technologies and their market implications
- Design innovation pipelines for next-gen products and services targeting 2026 launch horizons
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize breakthrough technologies aligned with long-term vision
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies

- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (portfolio required)
