Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate resilience
- Advose executive leadership on disruptive threats/opportunities in Web4.0, AGI governance, and space economy
- Design ethical innovation blueprints aligning with UN SDGs and ESG imperatives
- Author annual 'State of 2026' industry reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor futurist talent across global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced certification in Futures Studies (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Publication record in tech/societal forecasting (whitepapers, journals)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
