Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech, etc.) to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience and growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state strategies
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive innovations
- Partner with R&D to prioritize breakthrough initiatives with 2026 market impact
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory developments affecting long-term strategy
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic adaptation effectiveness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate foresight, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, AI trend analysis)
- Track record of developing strategies with 5+ year implementation horizons
