Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or equivalent
- Published research on exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, Delphi-X)
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
