Responsibilities
- Design and implement predictive trend-analysis frameworks for 2026+ technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps
- Author quarterly Horizon Scan reports identifying paradigm shifts in AI, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for exponential technology impact assessment
- Coordinate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on scenario planning initiatives
- Present findings at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor a team of futurists using our proprietary Temporal Mapping methodology
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Complexity Theory, or Strategic Foresight
- 5+ years experience at top-tier innovation lab (e.g., X, DeepMind, or DARPA)
- Published research in Technological Forecasting & Social Change or equivalent
- Fluency in exponential technology forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Proven track record of converting foresight into commercial IP ($50M+ valuation)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum bioinformatics, synthetic consciousness, or climate engineering
- Ability to visualize multi-dimensional systems using advanced graph theory
