Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic frameworks for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, Web4.0)
- Analyze global tech trends and disruptor landscapes to identify competitive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present visionary insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build scenario models for geopolitical/regulatory impacts on tech evolution
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives
- Publish thought leadership on future-state technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, tech innovation, or emerging markets
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
