Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze technological, economic, and social trends through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market adaptation
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership teams

- Partner with R&D to align emerging technologies with future market needs
- Advise on ethical implications of disruptive technologies
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
