Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and innovation roadmaps with quantifiable ROI projections
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging technology incubators
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and agile transformation
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and external stakeholders
- Monitor global technology policy shifts and geopolitical trends affecting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic trends into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology adoption curves
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
