Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR) into core business models
- Present future-focused insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a dedicated futurist innovation team
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership on industry disruption and adaptive strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience leading transformational initiatives in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruption
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent preferred
