Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, scientific breakthroughs, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks that position our portfolio for exponential growth in emerging markets
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author compelling future-state scenarios for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and thought leaders
- Translate complex future concepts into actionable product development roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through executive briefings and industry forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of successfully predicting and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex, interconnected future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (white papers, books, keynotes)
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or relevant field
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
