Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze disruptive trends across technology, geopolitics, and consumer behavior
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for 2026+ market landscapes
- Present futures insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Lead cross-functional workshops on innovation and adaptation strategies
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with actionable recommendations
- Monitor emerging technologies and their potential business impacts
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing long-term corporate roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
