Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Horizon Scenarios analyzing socio-technological convergence points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Design and implement early-stage innovation pilots for exponential technologies
- Maintain competitive intelligence framework tracking global innovation ecosystems
- Author thought leadership pieces on the future of work, AI ethics, and sustainable development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into narratives
- Experience with futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision work or strategic foresight projects
