Responsibilities
- Forecast technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 using proprietary analytics and market research
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging tech adoption across enterprise divisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Partner with venture capital team to identify and evaluate disruptive startups
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify market readiness and ROI for emerging technologies through scenario modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of forecasting tech adoption with documented accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions with Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major industry publications
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
