Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 adoption
- Monitor global signals and competitive landscapes for early-warning indicators
- Present foresight findings to executive teams and boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing successful 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotech, or quantum computing domains
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
