- Present future scenarios to executive teams and key stakeholders

- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future concepts
- Experience with strategic innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Foresight, Delphi Method)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
