Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Develop 2026 strategic scenarios and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Conduct competitive intelligence and disruptor analysis for emerging markets
- Design and facilitate futures-thinking workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies and sustainable innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences and public speaking
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry publications
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD preferred)
