Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for 3-5 year horizons across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Architect innovation roadmaps that align emerging opportunities with corporate growth objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and emerging tech pioneers
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-focused methodologies and trend analysis
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on future-facing strategies
