Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps by analyzing emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future scenarios and prioritize innovation initiatives
- Produce trend reports and data-driven forecasts for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for long-term strategic initiatives
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and market forecasting
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futuristic strategy implementation
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong network in innovation ecosystems and futurist communities
