- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce evolution
- Author thought leadership frameworks published in industry journals and policy briefs
- Build cross-functional innovation labs to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategic positioning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis with mastery of foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning for 2020+ horizons
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on transformational change
