Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global megatrends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with predictive market insights
- Advocate ethical innovation principles in high-stakes decision-making
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executive-level strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP preferred)
