Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Produce high-impact executive briefings on emerging technologies and disruptive market forces
- Collaborate with C-suite to align corporate strategy with long-term future-state vision
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive organizational adoption of agile foresight methodologies and future-ready KPIs
- Champion ethical innovation practices and responsible technology governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and societal shifts
- Exceptional ability to translate complex future concepts into executable business strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transformation initiatives
- Strong background in data-driven decision-making and quantitative/qualitative research
- Track record of publishing thought leadership in futurism or innovation spaces
