- Present compelling future-state narratives to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic foresight effectiveness and ROI
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Curate and maintain a 'Future Radar' dashboard tracking disruptive signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic plans with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
