- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready products and services
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Author thought leadership reports and keynote presentations at industry foresight forums
- Mentor junior futurists while cultivating external partnerships with academic and research institutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented frameworks adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published author in foresight publications (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
