- Present quarterly horizon reports to executive stakeholders with actionable recommendations

- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and disruptive innovation principles
- Champion organizational agility through continuous learning loops and adaptive strategy cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level storytelling capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or innovation management
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
