- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026-viable solutions
- Author whitepapers on metaverse governance and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions
- Present strategic briefings to board members and industry consortium partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis using Delphi methods and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AGI development timelines, and climate tech pathways
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state scenarios or trend forecasts
