- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align futuristic initiatives with organizational vision and market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen products and services
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future-focused topics
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and government entities
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven track record of successfully predicting and capitalizing on disruptive trends
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners Network)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and strategic foresight projects
