- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed futuristic insights into product roadmaps
- Author white papers and thought leadership on paradigm-shifting developments
- Advise executive board on risk mitigation and opportunity identification in exponential change
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AGI, synthetic biology, climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for communicating future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
