Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision aligned with long-term company goals
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present strategic forecasts to stakeholders using data-driven scenario planning methodologies
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and their business implications
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published research
