Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, social, and economic shifts
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to inform 5-10 year innovation roadmaps
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with emerging opportunities
- Conduct scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market transformations
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact and strategic adaptability
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive reports
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-focused solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF, APF) highly desirable
