- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future trends into innovation pipelines
- Present executive-ready trend reports and strategic recommendations quarterly
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Drive cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies and market evolution
- Author thought leadership content positioning our company as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3.0 implications
- Exceptional data storytelling with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects and published foresight work
