Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead high-stakes innovation workshops with executive teams to co-create future-ready business models
- Produce thought leadership reports and predictive models published in top-tier industry journals
- Manage a $2M R&D portfolio for experimental technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and ethical foresight frameworks
- Represent the firm at Davos, CES, and premier global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful 5+ year strategic forecasts
- Expertise in quantitative modeling (Monte Carlo simulations, agent-based modeling) and qualitative foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-suite and board audiences
- Published author or recognized speaker on future trends and strategic foresight
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional major language
