- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype disruptive business models and revenue streams
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Reports' with predictive analytics for board-level decision-making
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of future-ready capabilities
- Orchestrate partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and NASA innovation hubs
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our 'Future Architects' program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth tech firms
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into $100M+ revenue initiatives
- Deep specialization in at least two exponential tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Fluency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP-V)
