Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks to map technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate emerging risks
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-facing innovations into development pipelines
- Establish and maintain global networks of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Present compelling strategic narratives to stakeholders through data visualizations and storytelling
- Monitor geopolitical shifts, regulatory changes, and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating complex future insights into actionable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
