Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web4.0) to forecast market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic scenarios and roadmaps for future product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D initiatives
- Present findings to executive teams and investors through compelling narratives
- Monitor global policy/regulatory shifts impacting future industries
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of forecasting tech disruptions (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech, or quantum computing
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and boards
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech or innovation strategy
