Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year strategic roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning

- Present futuristic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and future-readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or technology foresight roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial success
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and technical teams
- Portfolio of published futurist research or strategic foresight projects
