- Design innovation frameworks for anticipating and responding to disruptive industry transformations
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings with actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D to incubate prototype solutions targeting 2026+ market needs

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
