Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor committees
- Oversee R&D initiatives in emerging technologies (Web4, biotech, neurotech)
- Author thought leadership reports published in industry journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Social Sciences (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of influencing multi-year corporate strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio published futurist work (whitepapers, keynotes, books)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
