Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops on post-quantum cryptography and climate resilience
- Produce annual 2026 Tech Horizon Reports distributed to global policymakers
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and neurotech
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Complex Systems
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or technology foresight roles
- Published author in Future Studies Journal or equivalent
- Expertise in predictive modeling for exponential technologies
- Proven track record influencing C-suite decisions on 2020+ trends
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools like Kumu or Longview
- Portfolio of at least three implemented 10-year strategic plans
