- Produce annual 'Horizon Report' forecasting societal, economic, and technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, policy, and investment teams
- Build AI-driven trend detection systems using alternative data sources
- Present strategic narratives to executive boards and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published research on long-term trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and cross-impact matrix methodologies
