Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year strategic scenarios using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop '2026 Playbooks' for industry disruption and opportunity identification
- Advise executive team on emerging tech risks and ethical implications
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate foresight into product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Create immersive future-state simulations for stakeholder decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies and societal impact
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
