Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum, climate tech) to forecast market disruptions by 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for technology portfolio evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation initiatives with long-term vision
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and competitive advantage
- Publish thought leadership reports on emerging tech convergence points
- Advise executive team on geopolitical and socio-technological implications
- Build ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record of mapping multi-year technology adoption curves
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Shell Foresight, Deloitte Horizon Scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Global network of industry futurists and academic researchers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS or APF)
