- Author white papers on emerging paradigms (neurotech, decentralized economies)
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for future-readiness across departments
- Represent company at global futurist forums (WFSF, Singularity)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Deep expertise in trend analysis (Gartner, WEF, Forrester methodologies)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof strategies
- Mastery of foresight tools (Delphi, SWOT, STEEP analysis)
