Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech) to forecast industry shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion in future markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision and execution plans
- Author thought leadership reports and whitepapers positioning Innovatech as a future-ready leader
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startups for acquisition
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of forecasting tech disruptions with documented market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotechnology
