Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and societal trends to forecast market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks that align with long-term organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish key performance indicators for innovation initiatives and track progress against targets
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technologies and future trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in corporate innovation, strategy consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategy and product development
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas)
- Portfolio of published foresight research or strategic innovation projects
