Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and global megatrends through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for quantum adoption and decentralized infrastructure
- Lead scenario planning workshops for climate resilience and ethical AI governance
- Produce foresight reports for C-suite executives on future market opportunities
- Design innovation roadmaps for biotech convergence and neurotech interfaces
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development lifecycles
- Represent company at global futurism forums and tech policy summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in technology strategy or trend analysis
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Experience advising C-level executives on future strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi method, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
