Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies and societal trends through 2026+
- Develop comprehensive strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 disruptions
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry panels
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional teams on strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience facilitating executive-level workshops and presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, MBA, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or technology strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
