Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 societal and economic projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future scenarios into product blueprints
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate futurist principles into corporate strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic implementations
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, synthetic biology, quantum systems)
- Experience facilitating scenario planning and trend analysis workshops
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
